ab356 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ab356 platform and all of its services. Accepting these Terms means you are agreeing to enter into a legally binding agreement with ab356. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.

• If you log in from another person's device, make sure to log out at the end of the session.
• You are solely responsible for all activity carried out on your account.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be permanently closed and all bonuses will be forfeited. ab356 uses technical methods to detect duplicate accounts.

3.3 Account Closure

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. ab356 reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances: breach of Terms, fraudulent activity, or prolonged inactivity.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ab356 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳300.
• Deposit amounts will be added directly to your gaming balance.
• In some cases there may be a slight delay in payment processing.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.

4.4 Currency

ab356 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The bonus option must be selected to claim this bonus. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements and validity period.
• Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses may not be used at the same time unless specifically approved.
• Bonuses are only usable on the account of the relevant individual and cannot be transferred.

5.3 VIP Program

The ab356 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.4% at Silver, up to 0.6% at Gold and up to 0.8% at Platinum. Progression is based on gaming activity and your relationship with the platform.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on ab356 are conducted fairly and transparently. Game providers' software uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartial outcomes.

• Once a game round has started, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, ab356 will take action in accordance with the relevant rules.
• Exploiting software errors or bugs to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited.
• ab356 reserves the right to limit or close any game or betting market.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Specific rules apply to sports betting. If a match is abandoned or postponed, the relevant bets will be settled in accordance with standard sports betting rules. For live betting, the bet confirmed before any odds change is considered final.

6.3 Maximum Winnings Limit

ab356 reserves the right to set a maximum winnings amount per single transaction or within a specified period. This limit is determined based on the type of game and the bet amount.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ab356 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and, where applicable, legal action.

• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

• Operating multiple accounts or playing on behalf of another person.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or using any malware.
• Cheating or collaborative cheating in games or betting.
• Registering an account with false or misleading information.
• Using third-party payment methods or a false identity.
• Playing games using automated bots or scripts.
